Ocean Drive, Singer Island, FL, and comprises of the Seawinds South and Seawinds North. They have a beachfront of 865 feet that is private on the Atlantic Ocean and total of 184 units. There are three 2 bedrooms with two bath units and one 3 bedrooms with 2.5 bath units on every floor.
Seawinds was built in 1984 overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. It has undergone some remodeling with state of the art fittings in the interiors and the exteriors too. The building has a 24-hour, manned gated security, with closed-circuit monitors that secure the development. There is a guest parking on the open deck while the residents enjoy the underground garage parking that has air conditioned storage lockers.

Condo rentals are permitted, with a 90-day minimum, or 1-year maximum with renewals. Condo prices vary with sizes; there are 3 bedroom and 2 bedroom units in the two towers.
